I had to watch Fury Road a few times. I didn't like it at first but its really grown on me!

I had read Fury Road was more storyboard than script, so expected a routine action flick. So it was better than I expected. In fact, I loved it, and caught it like everytime it was on HBO or whatever.
But to me, it is NOT Mad Max. Within a few years of apocalypse, entire cultures - and generations arose? Should have made it his son, or better, great great grandson to make sense. Plus he ain't Gibson.

I agree with doing a movie with his offspring. Don't think there will ever be another Road Warrior. Maybe its because i was at an impressionable age when i saw it but its still one of my favorites!

Given how much time women spend dolling themselves up just to go buy a quart of milk,, what is it with these stars? Like no on is supposed to know it's them as they step out the mansion to go to a restaurant?

The Road Warrior is a standout. Thunderdome had too many gumdrops.

I looked it up now, and there's a couple more in the works with Hardy, the next called Wasteland. And something about a Furiosa spinoff, although not clear if that will be a movie,,,

The makeup thing is almost deceptive!

I saw The Road Warrior first on HBO I think but then saw the original Mad Max on RCA laser disc at a neighbors house. I don't even think anyone new who mel gibson was at the time.

That is crazy! It's also amazing! I would love to be that talented with a make up brush!
