I Don't Know About You But I Think The World Is Out To Get Me...

Anyway, I'm a extremely safe driver and I always stay in the slow right lanes of the freeway. I had tons of lane space in from of me, but I did notice that the left lane was a bit slowed. Next thing you know, BAM! I'm hit on the driver side of my car, so many emotions where racing through my mind. She was driving a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta GLS and I was in my 2003 Honda Accord. When we pulled over to the shoulder we exchange info about insurances. I notice that when she was merging into my lane I was going about 60 mph and she was probably going 40 mph. I was in her blind spot when she was changing lanes (plus she wasn't even signaling) and I was going way too fast to step on the brakes and avoid her.

I've called Triple A and they are very certain I was not at fault. They told me that I'll get a rental car for the damages my car took, so that's cool! Anyways, the super important thing is no one got seriously hurt from this. I won't post picture of the damage of my car until further notice!

I'm kidding. Don't post anything about the car or accident, i case there is a lawsuit. Glad you're ok ;)

From your description, it doesn't sound like they can fault you for anything, so that's good! Glad you didn't get hurt, we sure would miss you, brother. I've been in a few accidents myself, so I know how scary it is. Some of the idiots in my neck of the woods, I'm surprised I'm not getting in an accident every other week. I don't even wanna imagine how bad they are on the 405.

I've seen it all, flipped cars, cars on fire, cars squished so much they don't even look like cars, police chases, etc.

The list goes on...
