Hey, how do you make those gif comments, with the up vote arrows.
You know what I'm talking about.
They usually say (click to show) ?

It's basically just copying the Embed Codes, pasting it into a comment, then deleting some extra stuff from the front and back.

But as for where they've been sourcing the gifs from, I don't know. I guess if you see someone put a Click to Show that want to use, you can use the number and letter code to go to the original gif (by typing that after "imgflip.com/gif/" at the top of the browser), and then get the Embed Codes from there.

(Or otherwise just ask Craziness_all_the_way, DashHopes etc. where they're getting them.)

I've submitted a few that I thought we're funny as hell, but they didn't get featured. Lol

Maybe you could take that as a good sign, like the humor is hitting its target? :)

I've heard the mods don't feature memes they think could be likely to start fights.

I have a couple of suggestions that might help for getting memes featured (because it's frustrating when they don't).

Suggestion #1. Submit memes at varying times of day. If you usually submit at night, try some during the day, or vice versa.

The logic behind this one is that there are different mods on different shifts, and some might be stricter than others. So maybe you'll get a nicer mod by changing times. (Then again, maybe you'll just have your memes sink to the depths of the site without anyone seeing them since they come out at odd times, but that's a risk we take anyway.)

Suggestion #2. Use more on-site templates (rather than uploading your own).

The logic here is that mods don't review memes as closely when they're on templates that have already featured on the site. If the template has featured memes on the site already, I'm pretty sure they just let computer programs do it scanning the words, rather than looking at it themselves. So if you put your meme on templates that already have featured memes (when you caption the image, you should see if there are already memes on that template at the bottom), then you'll probably have less chance of a mod reviewing the meme directly, and more chance of it featuring.

If I think of other suggestions, I'll let you know. You seem like you've been doing pretty well with it anyway.

That's part of my thing is I don't try and target everyone all the time. I know what's funny to me.
But here I am lecturing the king of memes!

Watching you, it seems like you like to mess with people and get a reaction, but you don't seem to have malice towards them.

I'm not really the king of memes. I've been active on the site a while and I've racked up points by making comments and interacting. But if you look through my memes there's a mix of good and bad, because I don't really know what I'm doing.

I'm passionate about a lot of things. I try not to go over the edge, but when people accuse me of racism or something bizarre, I have problem feeding that. :)
I'm not of course, but I dunno, it makes me laugh when people get so triggered over such small things.
Shows me that they haven't had to face much adversity in their lives or really enjoyed the real world.
You know I'm no "troll" I just give the people what they ask for.
