I have a good friend who was almost aborted. His father punched his mother in her midsection so she would miscarry. He was born quite healthy but bore psychological trauma from that event.

I can only imagine. I guess I've always taken for granted the unconditional love from all my family.

I thanked my Mom for not aborting me after I learned about it in school. 8 or 9 years old.

Hah. I shouldn't laugh about it though, pretty touching. I feel like the feminist culture has no respect for human life. Theirs should be taken away.

I was raised by Dutch immigrants who survived WW2. Occupation. Hunger. Jews rounded up. Bombers flying overhead. Underground fighters. Resilient bunch of folks but many were traumatized by it. I see the abortion issue as another type of Holocaust.
