I think you're confusing legal restrictions with moral restrictions. If the fetus/unborn child is a human, deserving of legal protections, how it was conceived (rape/incest) would be irrelevant. If it is not a human deserving of legal protections, then I agree it is immoral to have an abortion for the reasons on the bottom, but since it's not deserving of legal protections, the woman's preference still stands.
Now if the pregnancy cannot make it to term you aren't having an abortion, you are facilitating the manner in which the pregnancy fails.

i think if the baby will have a disorder and the parents cant afford all of the medical care and whatnot, then they can have an abortion. also if someone goes into poverty and cant afford child care, then they should be able to have an abortion too. Furthermore if the mom doesn't want the kid, then it would be a better idea to have an abortion then put them up for adoption and have the child go through all of that hell.

Think of how many infertile married couples who wait long and try hard to adopt a child.

abortion is just wrong my getting an abortion you are taking away the possibility for the CHILD to live its life and do what a lot of people get to do the BABY doesn't even get a chance because it's been MURDERED before it even got to have a chance at life and live the life it should get. Also @animethinker12, I have a question would you rather be able to live or get MURDERED on your parent's request before you've even been born. Also if the baby won't survive birth ask hundreds of kids that "Wouldn't survive birth" how they did it also if it endangers the mom's life, (your gonna get mad at me for this and it sounds just evil but think before you start to type) there is a good chance both will survive so really if the mom does die it's fine the mom has lived her life and the child now gets its turn at life its trial. we all have met people we dislike sometimes to a point where we wish they were not alive imagen your parents thinking that about you before you've even been born before they've even met you before you even got a name and your identity adoption centers aren't pointless buildings for runaway kids there is a purpose and this is part of why for kids that cant be taken care of or aren't wanted or abandoned personly I would rathergive my life for someone younger than me because they have their life to live and it wouldbe just horrible selfish to wish that a younger person then you died knowing you could of let them get a chance like you did.
