There's a difference; girls wearing things like p@nties or br@$ are normal, there created for girls in the first place. However, wearing girl clothing doesn't instantly make you cute, especially when you're a boy and all you wear are their under clothing. Jeffrey and you think you're cute, wearing panties in plain daylight and making memes about m@$terb@t!0n, but you aren't. It's just creepy, inappropiate, and very, very annoying, having EVERY good meme I and other Imgflippers have made ruined by your revolting Jeffrey image. They want to see humorous comments, not gross ones. So please, just stop, and let good memes get to the F.P., not downvoted into submission because of you commenting Mr. Panty Guy everywhere.
