I'm intentionally NOT looking at the beer list so I can be like a little kid on Xmas morning unwrapping gifts. They offer full mugs, but also 'tastes' for fewer scrip which are like 4 ounces and that's the way I usually go to try as many as possible, at least until the end of that day's session and then I might treat myself to a full mug of the best I tasted. Some of these f#ckers are strong in alcohol. ;)

We have Oktoberfest in a little Bohemian looking town called Helen, Ga. They've been doing it for a while now, been there several times, and enjoyed it. We have quite a few microbreweries here too. Now, I'm not even trying to compare Atlanta to the Mecca of craft beers, but it beats the shit out of drinking Budweiser! Lol :)

I've heard of some craft brews out of Georgia but I don't believe I've had any yet. If you have a favorite you stumble across let me know, we can probably get it out here somehow. I'm in so good with the guy who runs the taproom just 3 minutes walk from my dock - I have my own etched mug - that I can probably look into its distribution.
