I know that the recount won't change anything. What I meant was that the electors still haven't gathered yet and won't until December 19th. That being said, if enough electors that are supposed to vote for Trump choose not to vote for Trump and vote for Hillary instead, then she would win and he would not.

The problem with that, though, is not enough would vote for Hillary since she didn't even win the election. What would happen is if they didn't want to vote for Trump as they are being paid to elect the chosen candidate, would have to quit. It happened here in Texas. The problem also is that the person who takes over the quitter's job would have to vote.

I know, that is why I said there is like at the most a 0.5% chance of her still winning this election, meaning a 99.5% chance of her losing. So I know that enough will not vote for her, but there is still a very small chance.
