After the last major shuffle he kept sliding back. Initially he got pushed back to the fifth scroll, then all the way back to the eighth and final scroll.

Mugatu's fallen off a few times recently after being in the next to last slot.

Right where Leonitis is at the moment. Obviously I'd like to see it go high than that, but it least it wouldn't feel like he was on the bubble at that point.
