I think they should just increase the number of defaults. Only add to them, not take away! :{D

If you submit 2 memes one day, or 0 memes, it still seems like you stay at 3 submissions. It looks like they only bump you down to 2 submissions on the days after you submit 1 meme.

Huh. That's good to know. Like that meme you made that explains the points system.

In fact, a "Welcome to Imgflip" Stream would be a great place to house memes that explain the workings of the site. And I could see top users like you and raydog and others giving tips and tricks for new users.

Then all we'd need is the link posted in someone's profile tagline. :{D

If I did one, I would try to make it simpler. I would try to boil it down to just 2 or 3 guidelines (or as few as possible).
