If only her supporters knew. Some probably wouldn't even care. Have you seen the video of the Obamacare speechwriters laughing about lying to the public? So f**ked up.

Let's not forget about the fact that she has not only received endorsement from the KKK, but she has also said that the former Grand Dragon of the KKK was a "Role Model" and an "Idol."

Yep, Robert Byrd. Just another fact that her supporters seem to not care about.

I'm not sure how much you have read up on Soros, but I have seen and heard the words coming out of his mouth. This is a man the world should be afraid of. He has no problem with destabilizing governments so he can trade currency to make additional billions, in his words he thrives on it.

Have you heard about the Soros owned voting machines that will be used in 16 battleground states even though they haven't been federally approved? They're going to be in my state of Missouri.

By-the-way, I gave you an upvote on that comment because at least you are trying to engage me, unlike renegade_sith and Meme4JC7 above. The power of real debate is good, regardless of the final positions taken by the parties.

I will admit his past indiscretions in that regards are reprehensible, but he acknowledges them and doesn't try to explain them away, unlike Trump and his bankruptcies that allowed him to not pay his contractors, and his lack of taxes paid. These issues give no indication that he seeks to tear down world borders and enslave the US. I have read up on his ideas regarding open societies and that far outweighs his financial shenanigans from years ago. Soros is used as a stalking horse by the alt-right, and Americans have far more to fear for their liberties from those questionable characters than they do from an old billionaire who wants Americans to get the full advantage of their freedoms by opening our culture and government to new ideas. Conservatives fear Soros because his ideas about open societies would detract from their attempts so shrink the democratic franchise and re-empower themselves by decreasing the power of the general citizenry.

Toppling emerging governments and sending entire countries into chaos are hardly "indescretions". As for this being in the past everything someone has "done" is in the past. He openly admits he waiting on the next opportunity to repeat past actions. I also wish people would quit trying to make me defend Trump, who was never my choice and also NOT who we are discussing here. I will gladly discuss with you contract law and when payment can be with-held based on inspection of work, failure to meet deadlines etc. and why these clauses exist in contracts, but not in a discussion of George Soros.

I wasn't saying you were supporting Trump, but it is true that many of those I engage with on imgflip who attack Soros are supportive of Trump's candidacy. Above I was merely using him as an example of what I am more peeved of in the current events realm rather than base manipulation of financial markets. I don't condone what Soros did, but the fact is that it was legal, as the law stood. Reform of those issues come slowly if at all due to money lubricating lobbying. Also these weren't perfect little Soros storms, there were many financial attacks of similar forms at the time and at other times, not all from him obviously. One man, no matter how filthy rich, can collapse an entire system. The issues I have with the Soros critics is that they point to financial malfeasance but ignore the philosophy. Too many right-wing blogs and websites attack Soros for a small coterie of sins when the reason they do so is not as righteous as their supporters think: they fear for the power their pigment and position in society accorded them in the past and seek a bogeyman to agitate others to join them in resistance to change. Soros main sin - to them, not necessarily to you - is that he advocates the ability and capacity for ALL peoples to determine their own fates by operating within a free society. He may not be a freakin' saint, but he's right as regards this.

You should talk to some of these "free societies" left in his wake. Since you INSIST on making me defend Trump, I as am sure you do as well take all of my (allowed by law) tax deductions every year. So will Soros. Tax deductions are L-E-G-A-L. Your duplicity shows when you defend a Soros by saying what he does is "legal" although many of his behind the scenes activities are racketeering, but then condemn Trump for taking legal deductions. I've had enough interaction with you to believe that you are an intelligent person, but how do you not see the dual standards you present? Please do not offer the "but he's running for president" argument because Hillary's world of garbage nullifies that as an argument.

And you too seem to have thought about things. But different we shall remain. I condemn Trump only for being ridiculous and lacking in intellect and his followers for not giving much thought to reality beyond what pops up on their (selected) TV and websites. And I have no problem with tax deductions, as I have taken them, but to claim being smart for it when cornered after avoiding releasing your forms despite the IRS saying it's okay in order to avoid the subject all together? Anyway, we'll never agree on Soros so we should just let it be. Thanks for the debate.

Come on man, there has been frothing to get to those tax forms ever since he announced. There was never any way the left was going to not exploit them just as they went after Romney. Again I'm not saying I like Trump and don't enjoy much being pulled in to defend him but I will not condemn him for following the law.

I noticed how you have tried to be reasonable with him and even complimented him, yet all he can say is "And you too seem to have thought about things". He's basically telling you you're still wrong. Pretty condescending.

No converts today :) Not that I ever expect one, but I do find him reasonable and I do enjoy good debate.

Want to talk about someone avoiding a question? How about when Hillary was asked about the leaked email of her advocating open borders and she dodged the question and said she was talking about energy, then started talking about Putin. If open borders is such a great idea, why didn't Hillary defend it?

Soros was 13 years old when the Nazis had him register as a Jew. He survived by his family registering as Christians and he posed as the godson of sympathetic Hungarian fascist official. When the official was ordered to register Jews he took Soros along instead of leaving him to be found out in the city they lived in. Being young, Jewish, and in a situation many found themselves in while hiding hardly qualifies him as a proto-Nazi who seeks to enslave Americans. The true proto-fascists are those who get their tailored 'facts' from alt-right websites. The real issue here is that he supports open societies, the rights of peoples to decide their own lives. Conservatives want closed societies because openness diminishes their (lack of) ideas. You hate Soros not because he is actually going to do all these things you claim, but because you fear his ideas of openness and your minds have been bought lock, stock, and barrel by the likes of Breitbart and the true power behind the Trump 'throne', Robert and Rebekah Mercer (Google that - sigh - but you won't...).

1 up, 8y
Hadn't realized there was such a thing as an 'economic war criminal'. Seems some of these 'laws' are being invented for convenience of argument or emotional frumpery.
0 ups, 8y
He won't admit it.

Actually, I hate Soros because he was a nazi collaborator and because he's a globalist. Open borders is part of the globalist initiative to install a global government. This would be great if it was a Star Trek type utopian global government. Unfortunately we live in reality, and the globalist agenda is a plot by the big banks to have complete control and monopoly.

There is no "true power" behind Trump. You're just deflecting from the fact that Hillary is a puppet for Soros and the big banks. Trump is solo bud.

The influx of refugees throughout Europe isn't working out so good, and that's nothing compared to what open borders would be. Refugees are killing people, women and kids are being **ped by refugees but please explain how great it's working out. And explain why BLM has started riots and destroyed cities, the last of which over a FALSE narrative. Keith Scott not only had a gun not a book, but was shot by a black officer, yet BLM started a riot. Guess who their top donor is? Yep, you guessed it, your good buddy George Soros. It sure seems like he's trying to start race wars, but you're so close minded you probably can't see the truth.

And by the way, what does "open societies" mean? The freedom to do whatever people want without a moral & lawful compass. I think Mr Soros is just a billionaire who wants to control nations with his money to push his ideology.
1 up, 8y,

Open societies are where people can determine how to live their own lives. Conservatives tout 'freedom' until something bothers them then they spout on about 'morality'.

Oh good, and your going to tell me Mr Soros is the total role model for an open societal example. The man spews money to push his "open society" ideology, to point of breaking the law ... so that's an example of a person wanting an open society, "hey I want it my way or else I'll use my money to get my way." Oh and thanks for underminding me as if I don't have the "intellect" like you have, to "debate" you, as if I'm asking for it. Your little "you can't think for yourselves" rant goes out the window with your arrogance. Bravo for open societies where everyone can live their lives how they want; and I thought we had those freedoms here in the U.S., I mean isn't that the reason many people come to this country, like Mr Soros, because freedoms, c'mon KenJ.

So wait, you mean you encourage people to think for themselves, but when conservatives think for themselves they are mislead & deceived. Yet a super liberal billionaire is the one driving his ideology into our society using his money to manipulate politics in our country. -Sigh-
1 up, 8y
No, I think conservatives think for themselves. I also think they're trying to lead America back to a time when those who looked and thought like them had all the power. I'd rather keep my freedom. And my free thought.
