Moments Like These Are Just Amazing In Battles

I have to say I really like war images.
especially images from world war 1 and 2.
I just like the history they hold and storeys that they tell.

Tell me about it.

My father (deceased now) was an ACE P-51 fighter pilot in WW2 fighting the Germans with the famous Beagle Squadron. He had some awesome stories , but only 1 got featured in the Book "Aces Against Germany". His Air Medal of Honor hangs here at my Computer Desk as a reminder to fight for freedom and the Constitution.

Your father sounds like a right and proper man.
it's very honourable that you hang his medal to remember "the fight for freedom"
I like to say this from time to time when I research history about world war 1/2
"always remember the true hero's of the past"
"and always remember the horrors of what has happen"
"but also remember the light and the hope of hero's past"
