How? Since the flight time of missiles fired from launch stations in Russia or China to the White House is 30 minutes, and as little as 6 minutes (or less) for missiles fired from submarines in the western Atlantic, it lets them know they could take us out before we could even respond. Four minutes is the quickest we could possibly respond to launch a counterstrike and since the idea is to counterstrike if we're hit, we broadcast on international TV from someone who should know, what our response time is. And she did it only to score political points and prove she has the knowledge.

Almost as sloppy as hosting a private server without government security and transmitting classified and sensitive material via email.
What else would she be willing to tell other nations about our nuclear launch process? The democrats are so cavalier about it. Last month when speaking at a Hillary rally, Vice President Biden, in the middle of ranting about Trump's unfitness to be in charge of the nuclear codes, casually pointed out his military aid who at that moment was carrying the briefcase with the codes known as the nuclear football. POINTED HIM OUT TO THE CROWD...
