Well, I took half a day to make this point, but it still rings true.

Nobody knows what he looked like, the depictions we see are form the byzantine era, if he was truly sinless he would have had short hair.

That's what made America great...working together. Now you have to be so far away from the aisle to get elected, that politicians basically refuse to do anything non-partisan.

The sad thing is there is even division and conflict inside both parties. And looking to the future, the pick of candidates they will roll out next election, our choices don't look to improve soon.

No, I see this trend getting worse and worse. Who knows. Maybe having the two most hated people in America getting nominated will help change the minds of some and start a trend in the right direction, where moderate isn't a dirty word. Highly unlikely though :(
