John and I have both noticed that if you use his name or any of his tags you almost automatically get a flag. The only time I've ever got a cosby meme through unflagged is when I've not mentioned his name anywhere. Some user complained that they were jokes making fun of rape. Instead of jokes making fun of him like everybody who has ever made fun of cosby means :/
