I'm not sure what meme you're referring to. I think if the mods like the meme, the forgo marking NSFW themselves, but a site user can always flag it as NSFW and they'd probably go back and review the meme. But I don't know for sure. :{

Well, I think it's that the word rape is offensive to some people. I don't see them changing the NSFW standards.

But you could just censor one or more of the letters or use a word like violate/violation. Or even molestation, but that's really not the same thing as rape. :{
