"1st we have not had 1,000,000 elections that we could have a 99.9999% result."
A little nitpicky there right? And it would 10,000 elections, not 1,000,000 to get to .9999 granularity. But since there are 50 states voting each four years we've had a lot of data!
"2nd the popular vote has been contraviened 4 times in our history... not just once."
So what. National popular vote means NOTHING. I never said it was only one time though. Just that it happened then. You read into it something that I never said or implied.
"3rd You stated the EC has their vote prepared even the day before the popular voting..."
I never said anything of the sort, not sure how you imagined that. (Oh wait! I see I had a typo!)
I meant the people vote and in most cases (99+%) the state's winner is known on election day or the day AFTER (not before). (Since I said it was due to the votes, it was clear what I meant even with the typo of course). The EC won't cast their votes until weeks later, so even if there is a challenge in a state, there is time to resolve it.
But the EC cannot and will not fake anything as you're stating.
