Third submission - sushi! (Actually Maki but hey not too many people know the difference)

I'm really craving some sushi now...

What's the difference between maki and sushi?

Sushi is slice of fish on top of rice, maki is the roll with stuff inside, sashimi is just the piece of fish itself

okay, I think I understand. So what is the "roll" made of? Seaweed?

Yeah it's a sheet of seaweed. You can have the rice on the inside or the outside of the seaweed.

Okay I'm understanding this now haha. Is sushi like your hobbie or something, you seem to know a lot about it?

I eat a lot and can make it too!

My favorite dish is Chirashi, sliced fish on a bed of sushi rice. It's about CDN $10-$15 where I live.
