I haven't been to Cleveland yet. I visited Detroit a couple years ago. The downtown area was dead, hardly anyone was there anymore.

I'm not very familiar with Detroit. We went there to visit a welding school for my older son. It was sad to see such a quiet downtown area in a city of that size.

Depends on the area...in the Ford field, Comerica park area its always been busy when I've been there. But then again, when I'm there it's for a game!
