Did you hear about the guy that shot up the shopping mall in Washington state last week?

Immigrant from Turkey, NOT a U.S. citizen, and he's voted in the last three elections.

It still amazes me how requiring an I.D. to vote can be considered racist. You need an I.D. to buy tobacco and alcohol, write a check, get through security at an airport, etc.

I'd rather see a few people denied their "right" to vote because they're too stupid and/or lazy to get an I.D. than have thousands dilute MY vote because they aren't citizens and shouldn't be voting in the first place!

Yeah. Back when they came up with the voting rules coal burning trains were high tech, dirt roads were hi tech, photographs didnt exist, fingerprinting didnt exist, ballots were on paper, filled out by hand, the people that took votes would remember if anyone voted twice, people registered to vote in person with proof of identity---and people didnt just lie whenever they could. Now everyone lies, the poll workers can't be trusted and technology makes it too easy to fake votes. All the poll workers have to do is send a text to someone and give a list of people that didnt vote and have straw voters show up to vote for them. And that's before even getting to talking about how illegal aliens can register to vote without any proof like the guy in Washington. The voting system is a complete joke.

Futurama Fry Meme | IF VOTER FRAUD WERE SO WIDESPREAD WHY AREN'T MORE INCEDENTS PUT THROUGH THE COURTS. | image tagged in memes, futurama fry | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
That said, the board of elections is the one that needs to issue the photo IDs for voting. They can keep a national database so people with multiple homes (snowbirds, migrant workers) can only vote in the residence of their choice. While places like the BMV/DMV could help with administering it, it would be the responsibility of the board of elections to provide the actual photo ID.

It is widespread. But its the dirtiest of secrets. Because once a group of pols get in, they get to manipulate the fraud in their favor. As I've been told, this is why incumbents are hardest to beat (especially locally). Having participated in a little election work and from what I have heard from people that work in politics, I am 100% positive voter fraud is a huge problem.

Personally, I believe election fraud is more rampant than voter fraud.

I'm not sure how it is where you're at, but here in Indiana, there is no paper trail. Prior to this election, everything was done on paper. Experts point out that a Jr hi student can get around the safeguards with little problem

If there's widespread fraud, it's not on the individual level, but at the government level.

Its simple, no matter where you are. If the people running the election at the polling sites are corrupt, anything is possible. All they have to do is let people vote. If they are in touch with the area, they can know who is not voting and have people vote for them. No one even knows how the signatures in the books are even matched to the number of votes. Corruption is real. Voting is just as high stakes as pro storts and big business. This is the Enron era. The Steroids era. The Livestrong era. Everyone cheats. Everywhere. There is no way that elections are any different. We are the people that created the Enrons, the Barry Bonds' and Lance Armstrongs. Our officials are the same people and do the same things. With the most money on the whole planet at stake in a major election, I truly believe, it is silly to expect anyone to have any integrity. We all know the candidates and their cronies have none. The system IS rigged. The riggers are not going to confess their sins and turn themselves in. They will instead believe, like Lance Armstrong, that they are entitled.
