Probably because of the tags. Any form of the word "sex" in the meme, title or tag(s) gets an automatic NSFW. There are some who will flag your meme for showing cleavage like that, even if you don't use any auto-flag words.
I see you're using Firefox also. Unclicking Font shadow in More options will give you an outline to your letters, make them a little easier to read. Sucks that the latest update messed with the meme generator...
