Actually it is not Unconstitutional if you would do the research.. In Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1, 88 S. Ct. 1868, 20 L. Ed. 2d 889 (1968), the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution permits a law enforcement officer to stop, detain, and frisk persons who are suspected of criminal activity without first obtaining their consent.

Lester Holt should never have been a Moderator...what a piss poor job he did and Trump called it ahead of time.A true moderator would put out the item to be discussed and stfu and let them go at it. He was wrong on his challenges to Trump as the fact checks have now shown and he Let Her off scott free...

The most obvious bias was demonstrated when he admonished the audience for cheering for a statement Trump made yet did NOT the three plus times Hillary's supporters cheered her rhetoric. You cannot succumb to bias and moderate a debate. He got especially involved during the race discussion. We get it Lester, you're a negro and it hits close to home, but as a "journalist" you are supposed to just report what occurs without adding your two cents.

Strictly speaking It's not unconstitutional, but I don't agree with it because the way I interpret the constitution stop and frisk is illegal. But I wouldn't stop and frisk that harpy for anything.
