I've gone and thrown out my lower back now, just got out of the ER I have to have an MRI of course. I've been through all this before with my neck surgery I really hope this just clears up on it's own soon. It's just hard for me to sit up and type at the moment. So I'm trying to get some memeing in while the meds they gave me at the ER are still working and before I pass out lol.

yeah I've had back troubles too but not recently, knock on wood... Just take it easy and do the exercises regularly... I hope it's not too serious...

MRI will tell me for sure, is just bad timing I was just starting to handle my neck pain without meds! Doc said my spine is out of whack but the xrays showed no serious movement whatever that means lol

I've been to chiropractor before but stopped going, now I think I will definitely turn into a question mark.

If only I could show you the hand gestures this DR made while describing my spine, he made a sort of wishy washy two handed thing like my discs don't line up right it's hard to explain. I think most of it is that when my neck went out I have favored using my left side because lifting heavy things with my right arm can set my neck off. So the years of mainly using my left side have caught up with me. Still hoping it's more muscular but the pain is pretty intense. Even though I'm all loopy at the moment it's still making sitting up to type not comfortable. Maybe if I hang my laptop from the ceiling I can lay down and type hmmm lmao!

Yeah Chiro to re-align and upside down / stretching stuff might help and relieve some pressure... It's takes time to recover cause everything is connected to each other. My chiropractor also said to me, don't sit too long, don't stand too long.

I've got one of those inversion tables that hangs you upside down, might try it tonight if I have the balls lol. I don't use it for my neck because it's fused and stretching out metal isn't exactly possible plus rather uncomfortable. Might help with my lower back though, just don't want it not too and then have my neck feel out of whack also..... geesh what a mess!
