That was just me deleting my comments. Didn't want to see those when going back through comments.

My first thought was "Hey those were ghost comments". Then I thought my memory was playing with me and wasn't so sure then. All good!

It's all good. The easiest way to tell if someone deleted the account or the comment, is if the user deleted their account, their comments will still stay, they'll just be attributed to "[Deleted]". Although they could have deleted their comments and then deleted the account too, so sometimes you never know.
