You are wrong to think that it's unconstitutional to pass laws written by a lobbyist. The constitution just lays out how the laws are ratified through congress. If a law is passed that doesn't meet muster it is usually quickly challenged in court in "test cases". And as far as all that other stuff you worry too much. Forget Alex Jones and those dummies and just live a happy life. Nobody's trying to socially engineer you. You'll be fine.
