I don't necessarily find that piece offensive, but could see how some might get butt hurt, but you could simply imply it by removing "the first black president". By removing that I don't think it changes the tone, intent or humor of your meme at all.

He's very anti-animal abuse. I think he tries to be sarcastic sometimes, but like I tell anyone who tries to be sarcastic online, sarcasm doesn't translate well to the written word.

In this instance I think he's being half sarcastic/half serious since he seems to be on good terms with you.

It's a song from the perspective of angels. They're calling us monkeys. It's called "right in two". It's them trying to figure out why we can't live in peace. Nothing offensive about that song. I was just bored and thought I'd submit a meme with lyrics.
