I normally submit between 5:30 and 6:00 am EST, and feature within the hour, up-vote on the other hand are another thing. I may start waiting until 8 or noon to see if that changes anything.

it featured about 9 hours later.. bizarre.. not too many fans of fizzy lifting drinks so it doesn't matter anyway.........

Here in Texas it's anywhere from 12 noon to 9pm or thereabouts.
