Not really. Clinton's personal server was a less conspicuous target than the State Department computers, and was thus MORE secure. More to the point, there was no evidence that she sent classified material to anyone who was unauthorized to view it, and there was no evidence that the account was hacked remotely. No harm done, no classified information leaked.
