Next they'll have us rent the shopping carts.

At Aldi's you have to put a quarter in to get a shopping cart but you get it back when you return it. But the parking lot is full of people saying let me take that cart back for you. How can you say no to that.

It’s a usage fee. Reminds me of guys who work at bus terminals and train stations asking for a tip to open the cab door. Charity, kindness okay. But, intimidation?
