I completely agree with you, I used to downvote whoever Chakotay asked me to (jk), but I found out he's completely nuts and paranoid, so I dropped him like a wet towel and now I upvote everyone... I've found that unconditional love for all people is the only solution... I've found the righteous path... Please upvote me so I can continue the good fight to keep imgflip together, and get rid of these downvoting trolls like Chakotay. I was the "loving kindness" Chakotay until the trolls complained to imgflip and had my acct deleted, although I created the account properly and never said anything bad or downvoted anyone. I like the political memes but HATE puns. To me though, it's about the user's choice. I don't care that a bunch of users like puns, I just don't want to see them on the FP all the time.

And I can see the same for the political memes. They don't need to dominate the FP.

I also make a bunch of pop culture memes that I wouldn't want to see clogging up the FP.

So, the problem really lies with the FP being dominated by one type of meme or another.

And I also hate unoriginal memes. Like the ones you know that all the person did was find a funny picture or copied an old joke. Those are really annoying. And they tend to be reposts. :{

Yeah you are probably just better off ignoring him, I don't even like talking about him like we are now just because it can provoke him and I'd rather not deal with something as pointless as that. But you're a cool guy so I don't mind telling you about my experience with him. He can say whatever he wants about me it doesn't matter. People around here know me and the type of person I am so him talking bad about me or to me just makes him look bad to anybody that really knows me. I'm actually surprised he is still around fighting the same old fight. It truly amazes me that no matter how many times he makes new accounts. He always ends up in a fight with somebody and ends up deleting that account also. Why he doesn't just make memes and try to have fun I'll never understand. I just know if I hated everybody on a site I'd leave instead of constantly yelling profanities at person after person... but that's me I guess lol.

I agree with you, moderation and originality go a long way in my book. The worst for me is seeing a repost of something that was just on the FP! I try not to judge people and leave them alone despite my own opinions. But I'm human and emotions can get in the way of logic at times. I'd just personally rather make a terrible meme than copy another persons idea.
