Honestly I'm tired of forfeiting vac days at the end of the year because it's never a "good time" to take them, I like job security as much as the next guy but damn I need a breather.
I may not see eye-to-eye with my boss 100% but I will admit he's decent on giving me days off I put in for. I'm thinking it may be because - no ego intended - I'm his best worker and he can rely on me.
