It's not jut exercise. Think about how different our lives are today than they were 100 years ago. Most people don't hardly move. We sit and drive to work, sit at work all day, then come home and sit and watch tv. We're stressed. We don't drink enough water (we drink soda instead) we eat food drained of nutrient. (everything is chemicalized and artificial) We don't exercise which lowers our immune system. All these little things weaken our bodies and over time we get sicknesses and diseases. (dis-eases)
