Well my Mom, and Sister both had bars lol! My mom ran hers for 25 years, Till a mine shaft caved in behind it and destroyed the building. :)

Damn! That definitely sounds like Pittsburgh! That sucks! Of all the things and ways I've heard why bars or anything else for that matter, a mine shaft collapsing and taking the building with it is a new one! :(

Yea It broke her Heart, she had poured a lot of life in that place! Everyone in town called her Mom.. the whole town is all undermined..

All of Western Pennsylvania is undermined, my Nana's (Dad's Mom) farm has 5 acres that isn't undermined and that's where the house is built! It's such a cr shoot! You don't have a business for 25 years and not get attached to it in one way or another!

Back in the day, on holidays the family would gather there, and we could fill the place up, good memories :)
