There use to be a bar that showed all the likes, and dislikes a meme had, use to be a very hot topic here. They removed it last year, and things got a lot happier. You can still get downvotes, just can see them so nobody worries about it to much any more! as to why some memes don't feature, I don't understand that either. It's up to the mods to decide that. I only know it a lot harder fro custom templates to feature... Hope that helps a little :)
