Coffee beans should have been listed separately from the other beans it isn't technically a bean, it's a seed from a berry. So she may be allergic to everything in the bean family, and coffee as well, but they are seperate allergies and should be listed separately.
Some restaurants can and will accommodate multiple allergies, but you can't just order from the menu. This kind of card is actually a good idea. A chef would have to be familiar with what's on hand and can often make a couple of suggestions. I know as a food service worker, it sucks. But think of the times you've had friends ask you to go out with them and you had to say no because you're broke. Now imagine you had to say that EVERY SINGLE TIME because you had multiple allergies and couldn't risk it. I worked at a place that had gluten free options before it was common place. I literally saw customers cry tears of joy that they could actually safely order something. Please don't mock people with allergies, I'm sure it's not easy.
