If you're going to do such a statement with a meme, at least make it have sense. This is just terrible. Abortions are legal but it makes no sense for someone to blame a soldier for doing their job killing terrorists - even if "baby" is a 30 year old psycho.

He's referring to babies killed by U.S military, usually airforce bombings on ISIS, also the meme template is made to satire the hypocrisy that is the left. Once you understand the meme template you understand the meme :)
