Everything illegal about the CF is "ipso facto." There simply doesn't exist anything exculpatory.

We see the same thing with the intentional dumbing down of anti-ISIS intelligence. Everyone shields Obama by asking the wrong question: "Did Obama order this to be done?"

Instant paralysis.

Better question: "Is there a shred of evidence that Obama, in the past year, has attempted to do anything about this or hold a single subordinate accountable?"

Notice how the lawless and the traitors love to ask pointless, meaningless questions.

Keep in mind that under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which covers the Clinton Foundation, the APPEARANCE of quid pro quo IS quid pro quo. It is the responsibility of corporations and executives to avoid appearance.

Under FCPA, execs have been imprisoned for far less money on single infractions. The CF is purpose-built to violate FCPA.
