I know first hand that LA traffic is bad. Denver's is bad, not as bad as LA's though.

As a gauge of how long I'm sitting in traffic, my 10 mile commute takes easily 30 minutes, usually longer. I can ride my bike to work in 45 minutes and I'm getting in my workout! I love it!

If I were still living in Carlsbad, I would ride my bike to work in Oceanside, but I'm moving to Escondido in 3 weeks.
