At certain times someone (usually from the leaderboard) will call for a page 9 party. At the specified day and time other memers go to page 9 of the latest section and upvote and comment on the memes we find there. We do this to try and give a boost to newbies or others who sometimes. don't get their memes viewed as quickly. We had one last night and many of the memes we upvoted are high up on the hot side. In face at least 1 is on the front page.
