Hey, good reply and valid too. I guess only time will tell how well of a fit he is. We're trying accommodate him within reason and no negative behavior so far. The guy is Somali and doesn't seem to be too hard core. For instance, we know he likes Hustler magazine (he found one in our men's room). Don't offer him food that contains pork or cow (something about cloven feet). Personally, I believe the company should give him a chance. We'll see if he gets through the probationary period.
