kegdalsgard makes a good point, though. The meme presents the issue as if it's "either/or," but it really isn't. Yes, we have the choice to obey God or disobey him, and since God is just, the punishment we receive is on our own heads.
But at the same time, he's the final judge who makes the determination, and nobody can overthrow his decision once he's made it. He's the one who set up the whole system and decided what the standards should be. He's also the one who raises unrepentant sinners from the dead in order to punish them eternally.
So to say "God doesn't send people to hell" is basically a lie.
