Nah, technically she is the official that gets to authorize herself and she only sent top secret info to her lawyers, which is technically protected by law. Double whammy, but secretary of state is the 4th highest position in the US government. She's a pathological liar, though and a psychopath. All she had to say is "In my discretion as Secretary of State, I authorized this and the President approved." Case closed. The lying about it was just because she can't tell the truth anymore.
