I've got one thats been in 'submitted' for three weeks!

I usually give up in a day or two & delete them. Do they feature after a couple days?

My experience has been after 24 hours they don't feature. You may try resubmitting adding the memes tag, and a title. I don't see any reason why they wouldn't feature it, I really do think sometimes they just miss stuff on accident.
