I would not argue that, he has worked tirelessly for Habitat for Humanity, however when he does speak out on world issues, he is still as naive as he was 40 years ago.

He was slightly better than what we have now in office and currently running for office.

I remember his brother Billy Carter had a beer named after him in the 70s. Billy Beer.

Back in the day a friend was collecting beer cans and had one of those. He was pissed off after I drank it.

If Jimbo was the worst president, then he wouldn't be for longer if Hillary Clinton becomes the first ever f president. (I would've said female but someone deleted the emale)

Having lived through both administrations, I give this one a huge leg up on Jimmy because of the lengths and damage they are willing to do to society to remain in power, and she is a part of it and will take even that to new depths.

I also lived through both. Jimmy destroyed Miami. Obama destroyed the country. One thing worse about Jimmy's era were the gas lines and odd or even numbers on your license tag. That whole thing was a farce.

16 to 19% or more on home loans was charming too.

Yeah, don't remember that part. I was too young to worry about buying a home. We had to rent.

I wasn't home shopping then either, but that was one of the things that hung over into the Reagan era, I bought my 1st house during his second term and we thought we did great to get 10% money.

Yeah, I bought my first in the 80's and thought 14% was a good deal. My second in the early 90's was 7%

I quit buying them, I got tired of giving them away to ex's

LOL, I kept the first one after the divorce. Lost the second but didn't care. I rent now. Much more convenient and way less expensive in the long run.

Ditto, the worst part about the 2nd one though, was instead of selling before the bubble burst like I asked (because we had nearly 200k in equity). She waited until the bank foreclosed on her.

Oops. At least she got f'd as well. All I got from my second divorce was the dog. I'm happy with him. He's much better than the whiny, Jewish meshugenah I was married to.
