The reference is to Vince Foster I would imagine. A Clinton aide that died officially of suicide. Some want to say he was murdered. The stories that other White House staff tell is that she humiliated him publicly into a deep depression, which did eventually lead to his suicide. Many who worked close to her described her as a harsh abusive dictator with no concern as to how badly she berated those around her.

I believe that makes a whole lot of sense. She's not people oriented, but very goal oriented.

She earned the nickname Shrillary during Bill's administration.
