Not to be a wet blanket (I like your meme it's funny) but I think it's actually better that they're trying to make good choices and graduate. But that's just me xD
I do not know how much of this story is true. A friend had been convicted of selling pot. Got a business associates degree on probation. Now he works as an in-home sales rep, making less than he was as a drug dealer. He does manage money better today.
So much cheaper to train a 'good criminal' to never be caught again then teaching someone that has never lie/cheated/stolen/killed. However there is a limit.... not every criminal is smart; or doing it as something to be forgot.
