Congress? Just that word by itself is a joke. It's like watching kids fighting over who's going to get the gold star for today.

I'm always torn on this issue. Sometimes congress does more harm when they pass laws and amendments than when they do nothing. For example, prohibition was a fiasco. I think the best thing we can do for congress is put a bounty on every lobbyist in existence then call Dog

You do have a point there, lobbyist are kind of running this country for their special interest when that not the best case to work a government under... :/
