New comment system's throwing me off...

Me too! HOWEVER!!! I read a MOD comment about it a bit ago and apparently it fixed the glitch with losing your meme comment if you submit before time is up so I will get used to it!! :-)

Was the MOD acuity12? I gotta check this out...

hahaha, I didn't even think about the fact that swapping the button positions would catch everyone off guard! The change was made for a couple reasons, 1) you don't have to remember to type (or delete) your text from the comment box before clicking "meme comment" anymore, and 2) you can't lose a meme comment just because a comment error happens (e.g. "please wait 60 seconds"). And after making that improvement, it doesn't make sense to have a "meme comment" button anymore, since you're really just adding to the existing comment, and the primary button to post a comment has now changed to the "post comment" button.

LOL I am getting there, I have lost a few comments already though because when I hit generate I am expecting it to be finished but it's not until I hit post comment. We will get it in a day or so though :-)

Yes, it sys "Mod" next to their name. Ive had them pop up at the most peculiar times before.

Yeah, I don't see them comment a lot, so I was wondering where they commented. I checked acuity and suttingsworth, saw an older comment they were fixing it.

I'd like to think it had something to do with my meme I made addressing the issue that reached the front page and that acuity12 commented on, but I doubt it. Lol!

I actually thought about that when I read it! I would say it helped. I think the MODs listen more than we know.

I think they listen but also laugh a lot. I've seen some pretty unrealistic expectations.
