Another true story from my workplace.

I had to deal with two workers like that before. I always said the customers complained not that all their co-workers were constantly in my office crying like they'd been chopping onions lol.

Yeah, it sucked. I went to my manager (he and I work in different departments, but have to work closely together when at a customer's site) with three options...a) I'll talk to him myself b) I'll talk to his manager or c) my manager could talk to his manager. She went with option c.

Come to find out I wasn't the only one to complain, like I said, people in his department and our customers. He came to me a couple of weeks later and asked if someone had said if he had BO. I did my best DeNiro "Yeah, a little bit."

Perhaps a little Skynard background music while having the talk might help :)
