...First of all, drugs are not universally, nor even largely, supported by conservatives. Bernie Sanders is the one who wants to legalize marijuana. Second, the reason conservatives are pro-gun is because those guns SAVE the lives of the gun owners, who (if we are still talking about conservatives) use the guns for self-defense or for sport. Lastly, to comment on your meme in general, gun use and drugs have nothing to do with the pro-life you are talking about, namely anti-abortion. Those are two different kinds of life and death.
